Simply put, we stand by what we build, and will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If any of our equipment is damaged or defective in any way when you receive it, we will pay for shipping to and from as necessary in order to fix it to your satisfaction. If you receive a shipment with visible damage, please contact the shipper immediately as all our shipments are insured.
Obviously things like microphones can get broken by mishandling or misadventure; treat your ETL with care, but should it get broken, let us know, and for the cost of shipping and parts we’ll fix it for you.
In addition, you can return anything you buy from us, for any reason or none at all, within 30 days of receiving it, for a full refund of the purchase price.
Custom work may require a non-refundable up-front materials charge, but otherwise the same satisfaction guarantee applies.
Lifetime warranty on defects or internal electrical failures in normal use. If a transistor goes noisy or an internal connection breaks we'll pay for shipping and fix or replace it for free if there's no sign of misuse or abuse. Any other damage we'll fix for the cost of parts, minimal labor, and shipping.
